BPMS Covid-19 Statement

The safety and welfare of our employees, customers, business partners and local communities is of paramount importance to us. During these difficult times we wish to reassure you that we have reviewed our processes, operations and business continuity plans in order to minimise the risk of disruption to our customers, whilst safeguarding our employees and their families.

Health & Safety

In line with our legal and moral obligations we’ve enabled our employees who can work from home to do so.

We are continuously reviewing our Covid-19 risk assessment in line with government guidelines and the best industry practice to implement practical measures on social distancing on our activities, teams and processes

We regularly communicate with our teams to ensure these measures are understood and implemented and each team member is responsible in following these. Our employee’s wellbeing is supported by having robust policies in place.

The activities of BP-MS involve visiting client premises for the purposes of scoping requirements and to collection of documentation for processing. At these times we will follow all guidance and coronavirus controls that the client has put in place in addition to continued good respiratory hygiene, hand-washing and sanitisation, and social distancing measures.
